The Udmurt State University gladly welcomes international applicants from all over the world to get enrolled under the full-time higher-education level academic program. As long as you have decided on the Faculty to study at or chosen the course to take, please, read the information below to be aware of the UdSU Admission Procedure. Please note that the UdSU International Relations Office (IRO) is aimed at helping you through international admission to the University, obtaining immigration documents, and adapting to a new academic environment and culture.
International Applicants are admitted to the Udmurt State University upon application (Application form), furnished together with the following documents:
- Identity Card (Passport, or any other Identity acknowledged in Russian Federation).
- Migration Card marked with the arrival date by the Border Control Post.
- Entry Visa (Visit Purpose – Studying at State Educational Establishment of Higher Professional Education “Udmurt State University”).
- !Receipt of state due payment in sum of 2 rubles per each day of stay! Renewed in case of registration prolongation.
- The Test of Russian as a Foreign Language Certificate (TORFL First Certificate Level).
- Medical Form 086-õ/286, Vaccination and AIDS Certificates.
- 6 photos (3x4 cm)
- Previous Education Certificates and Transcripts: originals along with their notarized copies and Russian translations (the translation should be notarized by any Russian Notary Service or Russian Consulate in your country).

- Legalization of Education Certificates: all signatures should be certified with the official seal of the authorized Government Body. Foreign Education Certificates are firstly legalized by National Ministry for Foreign Affairs (or any other authorized Government Body) to be legalized afterwards by Russian Consulates. The legalization procedure can be cancelled under the provisions of International Agreements. Education Certificates of the following countries do not need to be legalized:

- Acknowledgment Certificate given to certify the equivalence of titles and Education Certificates (Nostrification). The acknowledged equivalence of Education Certificates does not imply any admission privilege. Education Certificates are nostrified upon request. All expenses remain with the applicant. Please, mind! The following state duties must be paid by a foreign citizen in the period of his/her temporary residence in the Russian Federation:
- At one’s arrival to UdSU for migration registration – 2 RUR per day, 200 RUR max;
- In case of multiple cross of the RF State Border (multi-entry visa)– 1000 RUR;
- In case of temporary residence prolongation in accordance with a multi-entry visa -2RUR per day, 600 RUR max.

In case you are enrolled or invited to UdSU, please, remember that you should come up to the International Relations Office (bld. 1, room 240) within three days upon your arrival to Izhevsk (in accordance with the Migration Registration Rules). The Officers will assist your residence registration.
